DNB accreditation is an honour to our institution in recognition of our overall healthcare and trainings provided on continuous basis. Our hospital got accreditation for DNB (equivalent to MD) in Paediatrics by National Board of Examination from January 2005 to train MBBS and Post Graduate Diploma students. It is indeed a crown to the institution and recognition to the facilities and dedicated medical attention given to the children.

National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, New Delhi has accredited our hospital for conducting DNB programme in Paediatric discipline. The DNB course is considered to be equivalent to the MD/MS programmes conducted by various medical colleges in India.

Course duration is two years for Post Diploma candidates and three years for Post MBBS candidates. Monthly stipend will be paid to the students as per National Board/State Government norms. The DNB accreditation is valid for a period of five years and next accreditation will be in December 2025.

Regular lectures and classes are being conducted for Paediatricians and Post Graduate students on all working days by our Consultants of different specialities, DNB Tutors and eminent professors from nearby hospitals and medical colleges. Complicated cases are reviewed and discussed by the attendees.

In addition to the fresh accreditation in the year 2005, subsequent renewals were also made successfully in the years 2008, 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2020 which shows the confidence placed on our institution by National Board of Examinations for our infrastructure our hospital and the excellent coaching by our faculties. To our utmost pride, DNB PGs of the past batches have cleared both the theory and clinical examinations of DNB. Our institution is also in the forefront comparatively with other reputed institutions who are conducting the DNB programme in paediatric discipline.
